Marshall Elementary Replacement Project

Bids Due: 9/18/18 at 1PM

Skanska invites Subcontractors to mark your calendars for the bidding of the new 202,000SF, 41 acre McLoughlin Middle School and Elementary Replacement Project. The project will include 3 bid packages to be released and tentatively bid per the following:

Bid Package #3 – Wood Framing, CLT/Glued-Lam Install, Roofing, Siding, Masonry, Glazing, Concrete SiteWork, Gym Equipment, Interior Specialties and Interior Finishes

All project scopes listed above are yet to be rewarded. Plumbing, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Elevator, Electrical, Structural Concrete, CLT/Glued-Lam supply have been awarded. Skanska intends to competitively bid Concrete Site Work and Interior Specialties.
