  • Design advice is sought for the construction of 10 condominium units with garages in three three-story buildings at 206 W./N.E. Sacramento St. The applicant is Steve Fosler of Fosler Architecture, and the owner is Patricia Burraston.
  • Early assistance is sought for a single-story, three-unit apartment building over a daylit basement at 2104 N.E. 13th Ave. The applicant is Ryan Pickrel of Faster Permits, and the owner is Secretary Bird LLC, which is registered to Tyler Combs of RareBird.
  • Early assistance is sought for improvements to Innovative Housing Inc.’s Morrison Park apartments in the Whitmarsh Building at 623 S.W. Park Ave., including a new door entry on Southwest Morrison Street, storefront glazing and interior upgrades. The applicant is Dianna Schleif of PM Design Group, and the owner is Innovative KWVS LLC.

  • Early assistance is pending for a proposal to develop a lot at 8927 S.E. Rhone St. into eight units of townhomes with an access street. An existing house on the parcel would be removed. The applicant is Wenzhu Jiang of owner Wei Lin One LLC.
  • A pre-application conference is pending for upgrades to the odor control system for the Ankeny Pump Station at 30 S.W. Naito Parkway. New equipment would be installed in two underground vaults that house the system. The applicant is Chris Selker of the Bureau of Environmental Services, and the owner is the city of Portland.
  • A pre-application conference is sought for a 110-unit senior living community on a Pearl District block bounded by Northwest 12th and 13th avenues and Northwest Quimby and Raleigh streets. The project would measure 296,500 gross square feet, including 42,000 square feet of below-grade parking with 131 stalls. Active uses would be provided along Northwest 13th Avenue, and may include a lobby, a bistro, administrative offices, a salon or other similar uses. The applicant is Jeremiah Jolicoeur of Seattle-based Alliance Realty Partners LLC, and the owner is Hoyt Street Properties LLC.
  • A pre-application conference is pending for a proposal to subdivide an R1-zoned lot fronting Northwest Wilson Street on the 2100 block of Northwest 29th Avenue to develop townhomes and build infrastructure to support future development of the northern portion of the lot. The applicant is Jeffrey Shoemaker of DOWL, and the owner is Cairn Pacific Properties 7 LLC.
  • A Type II design review is sought for the conversion of a garage building at 432 S.E. Ninth Ave. into a kombucha brewing facility. The applicant is Kegan Flanderka of Base Design & Architecture LLC, and the owner is 432 SE 9th Avenue LLC.
  • A Type II design review with modifications is pending for a 189-unit multifamily development with 189 affordable housing units at 2133 N. Argyle St. Five modifications are requested. The applicant is Debbie Cleek of The Bookin Group, and the owner is TriMet.
  • A Type II design review with modifications is pending for a proposal to demolish approximately 19,927 square feet of the Artists Repertory Theatre building at 1515 S.W. Morrison St. The demolition would remove the building’s northwest corner to make way for a 20-story tower proposed by developer Wood Partners. The applicant is Matthew Lillard of Baysinger Partners Architecture, and the owner is Artists Repertory Theatre.
  • A Type III land division review is pending for a proposed 35-lot subdivision at 14230 S.E. Ellis St. Two existing homes at the site would remain, and one would be demolished. The project includes multiple street improvements. The applicant is Ante Skoro of Clear Water Homes LLC, and the owners are Jonathan Sherriffs, Stephan Baton, Nancy Baton and Alexander Liv.
