Jeremy Filan has joined 3J Consulting as a civil technician based out of its Beaverton office. He is responsible for assisting in the preparation of plans, specifications and permit applications as well as construction administration duties. Filan previously served the Bonneville Power Administration as a civil technician for more than three years. He also served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as an electrician.
