Building permits issued for Sept. 17-23

  • A $790,101 alteration permit was issued for revised improvements to an industrial building at 4232 N. Williams Ave. The applicant is Erik Matthews of EM Design, and the owner/contractor is Ruben J Menashe Inc.
  • A $1,102,354 new construction permit is under inspection for a three-story apartment building at 10740 N.E. Wygant St. The applicant is Tom Silvey of contractor Silco Commercial Construction Inc., and the owner is MFT Properties LLC.
  • A $500,000 new construction permit was finalized on deferred submittal for fire and life safety binder on an apartment project under construction at 1177 S.W. Market St. The applicant is Ankur Behere of contractor Mortenson Construction, and the owner is 12th and Market Apartments LP of Minneapolis.
  • An $8,400,000 new construction permit is under inspection for excavation and shoring for a new office building on the Adidas campus at 5060 N.
