Building permits issued for Sept. 17-23

• A $790,101 alteration permit was issued for revised improvements to an industrial building at 4232 N. Williams Ave. The applicant is Erik Matthews of EM Design, and the owner/contractor is Ruben J Menashe Inc.

• A $1,102,354 new construction permit is under inspection for a three-story apartment building at 10740 N.E. Wygant St. The applicant is Tom Silvey of contractor Silco Commercial Construction Inc., and the owner is MFT Properties LLC.

• A $500,000 new construction permit was finalized on deferred submittal for fire and life safety binder on an apartment project under construction at 1177 S.W. Market St. The applicant is Ankur Behere of contractor Mortenson Construction, and the owner is 12th and Market Apartments LP of Minneapolis.

• An $8,400,000 new construction permit is under inspection for excavation and shoring for a new office building on the Adidas campus at 5060 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Dannon Canterbury of LEVER Architecture, the contractor is Turner Construction Company, and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

• A $518,323 new construction permit was issued for construction of a new single-story metal building with a mezzanine at 8510 N. Kerby Ave. The applicant is Larry Shirts of Symons Engineering, the contractor is Phi Construction Inc., and the owner is 10E Properties LLC.

Building permit intakes for Sept. 17-23

• A $4,094,461 addition permit is under review for modifications to areas adjacent to P1/P2 for a new on-grade connector, which will connect the existing south tunnel to the grade at Portland International Airport, 7000 N.E. Airport Way. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is JE Dunn Construction, and the owner is the Port of Portland.

• A $31,106,775 new construction permit is under review for the Argyle Street Apartments, a four-story, 189-unit affordable housing project at 2133 N. Argyle St. The applicant is Ian Flood of MWA Architects, the contractor is Walsh Construction Co., and the owner is TriMet.

• A $2,400,000 new construction permit submitted on deferred submittal is under review for curtainwall on an office building under construction at 7 S.E. Stark St. The applicant is Molly Klier of contractor Hoffman Construction, and the owner is 87 Stark Street LLC.

• An $895,000 alteration permit is under review for the growing Portland Bureau of Transportation on the 13th floor of the Sixth + Main building at 1050 S.W.
