Construction of a new, two story 18,000 sf police facility, utilizing structural steel framed supported, cross laminated timber assemblies, enclosed in a precast concrete tile roof and wall cladding, with associated civil, landscaping and site improvements. Operation of the adjacent existing police facility on the same site will be maintained for the duration of construction. There will be a non-mandatory job site walk through for interested sub-contractors on October 9th at 10:00 am at City Hall located at 801 SW Highway 101, Room 301, Lincoln City, OR 97367
