Built in 1945 and comprised of one single-story building constructed of wood framing with brick veneer, vinyl windows and composition shingle roof. Scope of work: site work and landscaping, security system installation, sanitary line replacement, water heater replacement, building ventilation, lighting upgrades, and select interior casework.

Tamarack Apartments
4215 N. Alaska, Portland, Oregon 97203
Built in 1967 and comprised of thirteen 2-story buildings constructed of wood framing with vinyl siding and composition shingle roof. Scope of work: site work and landscaping, garbage and recycling area improvements, roofing replacement, exterior railing strip and paint, sewer line replacement, domestic water line replacement, plumbing upgrades, security system install, building ventilation improvements, electrical system upgrades, lighting upgrades, heating system replacement, interior casework, abatement of hazardous materials (flooring and ceiling) and flooring replacement.

Winchell Court
7850 N. Interstate Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97217
Built in 1963 and comprised of two 2-story buildings constructed of wood framing with brick veneer, metal siding, vinyl windows and metal roofing. Scope of work: site work and landscaping, garbage enclosure improvements, security system install, building ventilation, water heater replacement and select plumbing, lighting upgrades, select interior casework, interior flooring and finishes, and hazardous material abatement.

*A non-mandatory site walk-thru will be hosted on Thursday 10/4 starting at the Tamarack Apartments Project Site at 10am.

All bids shall be submitted through e-mail or fax (503-646-6823) on a LMC Bid Form. Attach your company proposal as appropriate.
