• Early assistance is sought for improvements to an office building at 4600 S.W. Macadam Ave., including an update to the main building entry, the addition of a roof deck amenity and outdoor courtyard improvements. • Early assistance is requested for a proposal to construct a four-story mixed-use building at 3733 N. Williams Ave., where a single-family home sits currently. • A pre-application conference is pending for improvements to the One Pacific Square building at 220 N.W. Second Ave. Proposed work includes renovation of interior lobby space and replacement of existing site items with new steps, ramps, planters, and low-screening elements. • A pre-application conference is sought for a proposed five-story self-storage facility totaling 77,000 square feet at 2300 S.W. Sixth Ave. The applicant is Christopher Jones of project^, and the owner is Weil Enterprises LLC.
