TriMet has promoted Kimberly Sewell to executive director of its Labor Relations & Human Resources Division. She is taking over from Randy Stedman, who is retiring. Sewell has been with TriMet for 16 years; she served as director of legal services for the past seven years and was deputy general counsel prior to that. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1996.
