Building permits issued for Oct. 15-21

  • A $1,275,000 addition permit was issued for an interior alteration and addition to add 1,060 square feet of office space and support areas at the Kaiser Permanente Interstate Radiation Oncology Center at 3620 N. Interstate Ave. The applicant is Breeze Griffin of Anderson Dabrowski Architects, the contractor is Walsh Construction Co., and the owner is Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest.
  • An $875,000 alteration permit was issued for a first-time tenant improvement at The Hopper building at 2018 N.W. Wilson St. The applicant is Ingrid Hoffman of LRS Architects, the contractor is R&H Construction, and the owner is MW 2000 Wilson LLC.
  • A $515,404 new construction permit was issued for Building 3 of a new 30-unit multifamily housing complex at 14755 N.E. Couch St. The building is a three-story structure with three units.
