Elliott, Powell, Baden & Baker, an insurance agency in Portland, has hired Heather Beelar as marketing manager. She will identify and analyze market trends, recruit and train sales reps, and serve as the primary liaison to the agency鈥檚 many industry association partnerships. In addition to the insurance industry, Beelar has worked in construction and transportation.
