Hamilla joins Oregon Federal Executive Board

GOVERNMENT

The Oregon Federal Executive Board (OFEB) has selected Joyce Hamilla to serve as executive director. She most recently served as the director of international partnerships at Portland State University. Hamilla has held a number of positions in the federal government in Washington D.C., including country director for China, Russia and Southeast Asia in the Department of Defense. Her work at the OFEB will include developing innovative partnerships with federal, state and local governments, nonprofits, educational institutions and community leaders. She holds a master鈥檚 degree in Southeast Asian studies from the National University of Singapore and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Chinese and government from the University of Notre Dame.
