Bird appointed Governance Fellow by NACD

Lane Powell鈥檚 A. Jeffrey Bird has been recognized as a Governance Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors. The NACD Fellowship is a program of study that informs participants of the latest insights, intelligence and leading boardroom practices. Bird has been a member of NACD鈥檚 Northwest chapter since 2009, and has served as a board member since 2011. As a transactional business lawyer, Bird advises and works closely with boards of directors, board committees, special committees and management.
