CBRE has promoted Asset Services Senior Director Kim Berg to managing director of asset services for its Seattle and Portland markets. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic direction and the day-to-day oversight of 48.7 million square feet of business office, retail, industrial and medical office space on behalf of building owners and investors. Berg has more than 17 years of commercial property management experience, with emphasis on Class A office buildings.
