Hart Crowser promotes Martin

Hart Crowser has promoted Environmental Engineer Chris Martin to associate. Martin has been with the firm for 12 years and has worked on projects for the Bonneville Power Administration, US Forest Service, US Navy, Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, and Washington State Department of Ecology. He has completed environmental site investigations, estimated the cost of cleanup alternatives, and designed treatment systems for projects involving cleanup of contaminated soil, stormwater, groundwater, and vapor.
