Newmark Knight Frank has added Ryan S. Prusse as a senior vice president to serve its Valuation & Advisory practice in its Portland office. He holds 25 years of experience, having performed appraisals on most property types, including assets possessing urban growth boundary or subdivision potential, LEED and green features, contamination issues, low-income housing tax credits, and eminent domain issues. Prusse previously owned and operated RSP & Associates LLC for 19 years.
