Mechanical engineer Stormy Shanks is rejoining KCL Engineering to establish a Pacific Northwest office in Portland. She worked for the firm in its Des Moines, Iowa, headquarters prior to relocating to Oregon. With 12 years of mechanical engineering experience, Shanks has expertise working on K-12 and higher education projects, multifamily developments, large corporate offices and industrial facilities. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama.
