| INVITATION TO BID: Lump-Sum BIDS will be received from interested Subcontractors and Suppliers at the Office of Colas Construction, Inc., the Construction Manager/General Contractor, at 19 NW 5th Avenue, #203, Portland, Oregon 97209 for Multiple Scopes of Work on the following project:Bridge Housing – North Williams 2124-2156 North Williams Ave., Portland, OR 97227 DMWESB and Section 3 Subcontractor participation is strongly encouraged. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is a New, ground-up, 61-unit apartment building, totaling approximately 72,455 s.f. in size. The building is a 5-story, wood framed structure (type IIIB) with an exterior courtyard and parking lot. The project’s façade is comprised of a combination of fiber-cement panels, fiber-cement Lap-Siding, with storefront glazing along the first floor. The building is a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom units, with ground floor community spaces and bike parking. The project was designed by Ankrom-Moisan Architects for BRIDGE Housing Corporation. NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID OPEN HOUSE AND SITE WALK FOR ALL INTERESTED SUBCONTRACTORS: On November 8, 2018, at 2:00 PM, at 2124-2156 North Williams Ave., Portland, OR 97227, there will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid open house and site walk for Sitework / Demolition Contractors and other Contractors with interests in the existing conditions of the Site. All Sub-Contractors are encouraged to review the site in-person or digitally for any potential site constraints. BID DOCUMENTS: Bidding documents are available to be downloaded for free online at www.colasplanroom.com. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to obtain all necessary bid documents and addenda. Colas Construction, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and requirements of the Bid Documents. Failure to conform to the requirements fully may result in the rejection of the bid by Colas Construction, Inc. Bids received after the bid time and date may be rejected.
