This package includes award of the following scopes of work: Masonry, Architectural Woodwork, Exterior Envelope Systems, Interior Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Furnishings, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Low Voltage Trades, and Exterior Improvements. The project has already broken ground with the sitework package.
