Pence Construction is requesting bids for the construction of the Larkspur Community Center in Bend, OR.

his is a 37,450 square foot addition and remodel to the existing Bend Senior Center and will include a pool, indoor running track, locker rooms, and additional areas.

All divisions 2 through 33 are bidding

CM/GC intends to bid the Div. 3 and Div. 6- Rough Carpentry scope of work and will do so as a competitive bid

Prevailing wage rates pursuant to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870 apply to this project, please refer to the specs additional information.

Sub-Contractor can find current BOLI wage rates effective October 1, 2018 by following:

Construction Start: Spring 2019
Final Completion: Summer 2020
