Humber Design Group has promoted Joel Hill to project engineer. He is responsible for day-to-day coordination, client communication and collaboration, provision of design services and calculations, and fulfillment of project management responsibilities. He also is actively involved in services including site observation and communication during the construction phase. Hill has seven years of design experience. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon.
