Building permits issued for Nov. 26 鈥� Dec. 2

• A $790,000 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, six-unit apartment building at 6822 N.E. Grand Ave. The applicant is Bob Schatz of Allusa Architecture, and the contractor and owner is Firenze Development Inc.
• A $4,715,420 new construction permit is under inspection for Artisan on Division, a new four-story multifamily building developed by Urban Asset Advisors at 3249 S.E.
