  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to locate a food cart pod directly behind and on the same property as Produce Row Café at 208 S.E. Oak St. The applicant is Terry Amundson of Koble Creative Architecture, and the owner is Row House LLC.
  • Early assistance is sought for a proposal to build a skybridge to adjoin the existing Terwilliger Plaza retirement building, located at 2425 S.W. Sixth Ave., with a new building to be located one block east on a block bounded by Southwest Fifth and Sixth avenues and Caruthers and Sheridan streets. The applicant is Bob Johnson of owner Terwilliger Plaza Inc.
  • Early assistance is sought for the renovation of the interior and portions of the exterior of the Galleria Building at 600 S.W. 10th Proposed modifications to the structure, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, include upgrades to the northeast corner storefront, additional canopies and retail entrances, a roof deck and a small penthouse. The applicant is Kurt Schultz of SERA Architects, and the owner is Galleria Building DE LLC, which is managed by Marc Fazio of the Bill Naito Company.
  • Early assistance is requested for the conversion of 44 apartment units at the Vista St. Clair tower at 1000 S.W. Vista Ave. from two-bedroom, two-bathroom units to one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. The work will restore the apartments to the configuration in which they were originally built when the building was completed in 1953. The applicant is Charles Kidwell of Leeb Architects, and the owner is Vista St Clair Apartments LLC, which is managed by Malcolm McIver of Commerce Properties.
  • A pre-application conference is pending for seismic upgrades to the Weatherly Building, a 12-story office building at 510 S.E. Morrison St. The applicants are Halla Hoffer of Peter Meijer Architect PC and Jackie Costigan of Seattle-based Unico Properties, and the listed owners are BBB Enterprises LLC and The Weatherly Building LLC.
  • A Type II adjustment procedure is pending for the construction of a new three-story office building for Meyer Memorial Trust at 2045 N. Vancouver Ave. The project will include a surface parking lot and outdoor courtyard and patio. The applicant is Chandra Robinson of Lever Architecture, and the owner is 2045 N Vancouver LLC, which is managed by Mitch Hornecker, a board member with the trust.
  • A Type II design review is sought for modifications to an office building at 018 S.W. Boundary Court, including installation of an accessible ramp, exterior staircase, bicycle parking, and parking lot striping for accessible areas. The applicant is Geoff Grummon-Beale of Livermore Architecture & Engineering, and the owner is JEH Family Limited Partnership.
  • A Type II design review is requested for the restoration of an automotive building at 834 S.E. Sandy Blvd. with new paint and two replacement overhead garage doors, new awnings, exterior lighting, landscaping and signage. The applicant is Auryn White of BAMA Architecture and Design, and the owner is Blizzard Properties LLC, which is managed by Kristy and Douglas Blizzard of Lake Oswego.
  • A Type II historic resource review with modifications is sought for Downtown Development Group’s 230 Ash mixed-use project, currently under construction at 108 S.W. Third Ave. The review is requested for rooftop unit layout revisions and bicycle parking modification. The applicant is Agustin Enriquez of GBD Architects, and the owner is Lot-94 LLC.
