The Design-Builder intends to prequalify a short list of the highest rated firms. If pre-qualified, prospective bidders will receive a detailed Request for Proposal Package including access to all contract documents and an initial baseline CPM schedule for review.

This project is funded, in whole or part, by the Clean Water State Revolving Funds (CWSRF) as administered by Oregon DEQ. This project will be subject to both state and federal prevailing wages. Compliance of American Iron and Steel (AIS) Provisions is also required.
