DOWL hires Bondar

Max Bondar has joined DOWL as a civil designer. He has experience with commercial developments, subdivisions and multi-unit residential developments, small roadway projects and public works projects. Bondar has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Portland State University. Currently, he is working under the firm鈥檚 senior professional engineers to earn a Professional Engineer license.
