Tonkon Torp has added Josh Smith as a partner serving its entrepreneurial services, intellectual property, and mergers & acquisitions practice groups. He joined the firm via its absorption of Alto Law Group and its clients. Prior to embarking on a legal career, Smith was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force, and served 20 years on active duty and in the reserves. He graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2005. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in engineering mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy.
