ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

GRI has promoted Gene Tupper to associate/marketing director. She has 27 years of experience and is registered in Oregon and Washington. Her duties now include business development, development and maintenance of client relationships, and provision of geotechnical services for a range of public and private clients. Much of Tupper鈥檚 experience has addressed pavements and large building sites, particularly grading and earthwork during wet and soft ground conditions.
