Building permits issued for Dec. 17-23

• Three permits with a combined value of $690,000 were issued on deferred submittal for precast concrete panels, curtainwall and cold-formed metal framing on the city of Portland’s 10th and Yamhill garage renovation at 730 S.W. 10th Ave. The applicant is Miles McFarland of Howard S. Wright, the contractor is Balfour Beatty Construction LLC, and the owner is the city of Portland.

• A $555,000 alteration permit was issued for an improvement for a new tenant at 8188 S.E. Division St. The applicant is John Flynn of Resolve Architecture and Planning, the contractor is O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders, and the owner is Rose-Jade Housing Limited Partnership.

• A $1,380,875 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for a new food distribution tenant at 7098 N. Marine Drive. The applicant is Jack Raquel of Modesto, California, the contractor is Ricker Thermline Inc. of Martinez, California, and the owner is EHJ6 Property LLC of Arcadia, California.

• A $680,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for metal balcony calculations, shop plans and sixth-floor guardrails on a multifamily building under construction at 2865 N.E. Sandy Blvd. The applicant is Adam Thomas of San Diego-based contractor Fairfield Development Limited Partnership, and the owner is Fairfield Sandy Limited Partnership.

• A $6,475,236 new construction permit was issued for a six-story mixed-use building with ground-floor retail space and 80 student rooms on the upper floors at 1611 N.W. Marshall St. The applicant is Dan Williams of Faster Permits, the contractor is Seabold Construction, and the owner is 1111 Building LLC.

• A $785,000 new construction permit was issued for a 12-unit apartment building at 2050 N. Killingsworth St. The applicant is Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits, and the contractor and owner is K&C Custom Homes LLC.

• A $3,615,253 new construction permit was issued for a new four-story, 39-unit mixed-use building with ground-floor retail space at 7654 S.W. 32nd Ave. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is LMC Construction of Aliso Viejo, California, and the owner is MV2 LLC.

• A $75,000,000 new construction permit was issued for Alamo Manhattan’s 20-story mixed-use tower at 140 S.W. Columbia St. The project will include 348 residential units, 244 parking spaces and approximately 15,000 square feet of shell commercial space. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is Andersen Construction, and the owner is Lot 53 LLC.

• A $4,200,000 addition permit is under review for structural work on a four-story mass timber building atop an existing parking garage on the Adidas campus at 5060 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Dannon Canterbury of LEVER Architecture, the contractor is Turner Construction, and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

• A $611,040 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for a new tenant with retail space and a wine bar at the Hotel Eastlund at 1021 N.E. Grand Ave. The applicant is Phil Roberson of Holst Architecture, the contractor is Pacific Crest Construction Inc., and the owner is Grand Ventures Eastlund Hotel LLC.

• An $850,000 alteration permit is under review for the removal of part of the Artists Repertory Theatre building and a tenant improvement for the theatre at 1515 S.W. Morrison St. The demolition of a quarter-block portion of the building will make room for a 21-story mixed-use building by Atlanta-based developer Wood Partners. • A $1,013,400 new construction permit is under review for a 12,000-square-foot, two-story pre-engineered steel building with a mezzanine at 5600 N.E.
