Subcontractor Bids Due: 1/10/19 at 2PM

Pence Construction is requesting bids for the construction of the Larkspur Community Center in Bend, OR.

This is a 37,450 square foot addition and remodel to the existing Bend Senior Center and will include a pool, indoor running track, locker rooms, and additional areas.

Limited divisions are bidding:
01 Final Clean, 04 Unit Masonry, 06 Finish Carpentry – Millwork (wood trim, wood slats, balletbarre, etc.) and Accessories Installation, 08 Doors, Frames & Hardware – Install Only

Prevailing wage rates pursuant to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870 apply to this project, please refer to the specs additional information.

Sub-Contractor can find current BOLI wage rates effective October 1, 2018 by following:

Construction Start: Spring 2019
Final Completion: Summer 2020
