• Early assistance is pending for a proposed eight-lot subdivision with a greenway at 2914 S.E. 92nd Ave. The applicant is Mark Dane of Mark Dane Planning, and the owners are Bousong and Sengthavy Somsanith.

• A pre-application conference is sought for a three-lot partition at 11536 S.W. 33rd Ave. An existing house would remain on a flag lot, and two new dwellings and a private street tract would be constructed. The applicants are Daniel and Shawn Lioy-Ryan, and the owners are Jamie Beinin and Jessica Elkan.

• Type 1x lot consolidation procedures have been requested for platting of a property at 2505 N.E. Pacific St. Security Properties is planning a dense mixed-use development with hundreds of residential units, retail space, open space and parking at the 4.7-acre superblock site. The applicant, Troy Tetsuka of KPFF Consulting Engineers, is seeking lot consolidations for the northern and southern portions of the current lot, followed by property line adjustments that would result in a total of four legal lots. The owner is SP Jade II LLC of Seattle.

• A Type III land division review is sought to create a 14-lot subdivision and one tract to be developed with attached housing at 2135 S./N.W. 29th Ave. The applicant is Sarah Radelet of Strata Land Use Planning, and the owner is Cairn Pacific Properties 7 LLC.
