Last Day to Submit Questions 2PM (PST) Wednesday July 16th, 2019.

Bids can be delivered either by email to Jesse Bluhm at [email protected] or in a sealed envelope to 3600 Wildish Lane, Eugene, OR 97408.

Bidders are responsible for delivery of bid documents prior to the time of bid closing. Bidders shall use the bid form included in the bid documents. Bids, which do not respond fully to the bidding requirements, may be rejected as non-responsive.

Specialty subcontractors and suppliers should not submit bids to Wildish for individual components of above listed Bid Packages. Bids will be taken for a specific Bid Packages only.

Wildish or it’s affiliates may elect to submit bids on bid packages: 01, 02, 05 & 21. For Bid Documents please contact Jesse Bluhm via email at [email protected]. You will then be given a link to a dropbox site for which all documents may be downloaded. All printing, handling, and delivery costs are at the expense of the bidder.

Bid documents may be examined at the following document holders: GMA Architects(Eugene); Wildish Building Company (Eugene); Daily Journal of Commerce Plan Center (Portland); Eugene Builders Exchange (Eugene).

Bidders shall be bondable (100 percent Performance and Payment bonds) for all work.
