Subcontractors are invited to send proposals for the followings scopes of work which are to take place at Glencoe High School in Hillsboro, OR:
•Roofing – Tremco
•A²ú²¹³Ù±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù
•Selective interior and structural demolition
All other scopes of work will be bid out later.

Plans can be accessed at area plan centers and:

A job walk for scopes of work in bid package is currently scheduled for Monday 01/14/19 at 4:00pm by the main entrance. Subs are encouraged to RSVP via email to [email protected].

Please submit questions or substitution requests by Wednesday 01/16/19 by 02:00PM.

All bids must be received on Wednesday 01/23/2019 by 02:00PM.

Construction Start: Spring 2019
Final Completion: Summer 2020

Prevailing wage rates pursuant to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870 apply to this project, please refer to the specs additional information. Sub-Contractor can find current BOLI wage rates effective 01/01/19 by following:
