Bid Package includes the following scopes of work:

JR Merit will be bidding on the Port of Portland 鈥� Portland International Airport Terminal Restroom Modernization 2018 project as a Prime. This project includes but is not limited to: Complete demolition and reconstruction of six sets of restrooms (one men鈥檚 and one women鈥檚 restroom per set) on the secure side of the terminal. Demolition includes removal of all items down to the substructure level. Reconstruction includes adjustment of plumbing to meet current ADA requirements, new gypsum board and tile, new terrazzo floors, new pan ceilings, and new lighting and plumbing fixtures throughout.
