Building permits issued for Jan. 14-20

  • A $612,177 alteration permit is under inspection for a change of occupancy for shelter housing at an existing retail building at 6130 S.E. Foster Road. The applicant is Linda Barnes of Merryman Barnes Architects, the contractor is Cedar Mill Construction Company, and the owner is Winson International LLC of Eastvale, California.
  • A $1,250,000 new construction permit is under inspection for a new three-story, four-unit apartment building at 621 N.E. Randall Ave. The applicant is Joseph Stanton of Tigard-based Beach House LLC, the contractor is Portland-based Beach H LLC, and the owner is former Portland Trail Blazer Patrick Connaughton.

  • An $857,802 new construction permit is under review for a new three-story, 12-unit apartment building at approximately 7119 S.E. Knight St. The applicant is Zac Horton of Faster Permits, the contractor is Mikana Development LLC, and the owner is Anamic Construction Inc.
  • A $1,300,000 new construction permit is under review for a new three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 3 S.E. 89th Ave. The applicant is Bob Schatz of Allusa Architecture, the owner is 87th Division LLC, and the primary contractor is out to bid.
  • A total of five building permits with a combined value of $3,798,965 are under review for a five-building multifamily project at 14708 N.E.
