The overall project scope includes a new building addition, interior and exterior renovations, and associated sitework. Roof-related trades have bid earlier and are not out to bid.

Job Walk / Local & MWESB Outreach:
1/31/19 at 3:30 pm, at the project site. Bidders are invited to attend the Job Walk / Outreach to learn more about the project site, meet with the project team and ask any questions.

Project Goals & Requirements:
BOLI Commercial Prevailing Wage Rates apply Disabled Veteran, DMWESB and subcontractors residing in the East County are encouraged to apply

Estimated Schedule: April 2019 – Dec 2019
