Joe Arellano is now the office managing director of Garvey Schubert Barer鈥檚 Portland office. He joined the firm in 2017 and now has over 35 years of litigation, trial and arbitration experience. Arellano has represented clients in securities, commercial and tort litigation, as well as in professional liability defense. He also represents clients in investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service, the FBI and their state counterparts.
