Humber Design Group has hired Monica Regan as project designer. Her responsibilities will include civil engineering project design, documentation and coordination, and stormwater calculations and report writing. Regan鈥檚 previous experience includes service as a traffic engineering intern for the city of Beaverton, an internship with a local consulting firm focusing on site development, and work as a stormwater design technician. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Gonzaga University.
