Surveying, Demolition, Saw Cutting & Core Drilling, Trucking, AC Paving, Concrete Flatwork, Aggregates, Landscape Restoration, Fencing, Concrete, Concrete Pumping, Concrete Finishing, Reinforcing Steel, Metal Fabrications, Structural Steel erection, Metal Roofing, Insulation, Doors, Overhead Doors, Interior Walls & Ceilings, Flooring, Specialties, Coatings, HVAC, Mechanical Insulation, Plumbing, Process Piping, Electrical, Standby Generator, Instruments and Controls, Process Equipment, & Site Services

Work under this Contract will be funded in part with a financial award from the Water/Wastewater Financing Program funds through a financial award from the Water Fund, funded by the Oregon State Lottery and administered by the State of Oregon, Business Development Department, through the United States Department of Agriculture Department of Rural Development and the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF). This funding requires the Contractor to comply with buying American Iron and Steel (AIS) as spelled out in the 2014
Consolidated Appropriations Act.

This Contract is for a public works project subject to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). If state prevailing rate of wage is higher than the federal prevailing rate of wage, the Contractor and every subcontractor on the project shall pay at least the state prevailing rate of wage as determined under ORS 279C.815.
