The project consists of a complete seismic retrofit and architectural upgrade to the existing 14,789 SF Bob Everest Station 1400 and associated site work as outlined in the specifications and drawings. This station will also be receiving a new fire suppression system along with an upgraded HVAC and electrical system. There will be a non-mandatory job site walk through for interested subcontractors on February 13th at 10:00 am at the project site listed above.
