  • Early assistance is sought for new tenant signage, a new skylight and exterior modifications to two operable doors on a structure at Director Park, at 825 S.W. Park Ave. The applicant is Stephen Blackstone of IA Interior Architects and the owner is the city of Portland.
  • Early assistance is sought for construction of a group living structure or single-family homes on an unimproved property fronting the Willamette River at 9920 S.W. Riverside Drive. The applicant is Laurie Simpson of Connect Architecture, and the owner is Lewis & Clark College.
  • A pre-application conference is sought for a full-block building at Southeast Woodstock Boulevard and 48th Avenue. The five-story, wood-framed building would contain 178 apartments, a full basement with 130 vehicle parking spaces, and a 5,000-square-foot ground-floor retail space. The applicant is Robert Leeb of Leeb Architects, and the owner is Joinery Property LLC. The block currently holds a building housing furniture retailer The Joinery and four single-family homes, all of which are owned by limited liability companies registered to Marc Gaudin, former owner of The Joinery.
  • A Type II design review is sought for improvements to an office building at 4600 S.W. Macadam Ave., including an update to the main building entry, the addition of a roof deck amenity and outdoor courtyard improvements. The applicant is Jason Tand of LRS Architects, and the owner is Macadam Ave Exchange LLC.
