Froelich Engineers promotes Palmer

Froelich Engineers has promoted Carl Palmer to associate. He has been with the firm for 16 years and works out of its Bend office. His specialties include wood, masonry and steel construction of residential and commercial buildings. Palmer holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon.
