Security Upgrades 鈥� Group 3C

Bids Due: 3/22/19 at 2PM

As a part of this bid, KNCC is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals to complete all scopes of work for the Beaverton School District Wide Security Upgrades 鈥� Group 3C to provide work including demolition, concrete work, new steel bollards, new entry storefront systems, new hollow metal door frames, relocation of doors/frames/hardware, new ada operators, exterior siding, new access control systems, new walls, new ceilings, new paint and paint touch up, HVAC renovations, new lighting, relocated lighting, raceways for new access control systems (access control previously awarded). The work will be performed at the following locations:

Barnes ES 鈥� 13730 Walker Rd. Beaverton, OR 97005
ISB 鈥� 17770 SW Blanton St. Beaverton, OR 97007
McKay ES 鈥� 7485 SW Schoolos Ferry Rd. Beaverton, OR 97008
Mountain View MS 鈥� 17500 SW Farmington Rd. Beaverton, OR 97007
Sexton Mountain ES 鈥� 15645 SW Sexton Mountain Rd. Beaverton, OR 97007

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held at 3:30 PM on Feb. 25th, 2019 at the project site located at Barnes ES 鈥� 13730 Walker Rd. Beaverton, OR 97005
