Martin joins Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc.

Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. has hired Spencer Martin as a civil designer for its Salem office, which opened in November. Martin interned at the Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, where he managed the design phase of small-scale sewer rehabilitation projects. He has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Oregon State University.
