• Early assistance is pending for a new three-story, 16-unit residential building at 7336 N. Greenwich Ave. The building would replace an existing single-family home, and hold 11 one-bedroom units and five two-bedroom units. The applicant is Sinan Gumusoglu of Sinan Gumusoglu Architecture LLC, and the owner is Structure Redevelopment LLC, which is registered to Vlad Rudnistky of Clackamas.

Gumusoglu also is seeking early assistance for a three-story, 16-unit residential building at 3757 S.E. Clay St. This building also would replace an existing single-family home, and hold 11 one-bedroom units and five two-bedroom units. The owner is Structure Redevelopment LLC.

• Early assistance is sought for a new 18-unit apartment building measuring 11,180 gross square feet at 7156 N. Greenwich Ave. The applicant is Gene Bolante of Studio 3 Architecture, and the owner is Lee Clark.

• Early assistance is sought for a six-unit townhouse development on a 5,000-square-foot lot on the 4800 block of Southeast Caruthers Street. The applicant is Adam Jones of owner Team PDX LLC.

• A pre-application conference is pending for the expansion of the existing Terwilliger Plaza retirement facility onto an adjacent parcel at 2419 S.W. Fifth Ave. The project would consist of a full-block redevelopment with approximately 130 new independent living units. The block is bounded by Southwest Fifth and Sixth avenues and Caruthers and Sheridan streets, and currently has eight separate commercial, residential and surface parking properties. The applicant is Christe White of Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP, and the owners are Terwilliger Plaza Inc., Pacific Skyline Holdings LLC, and Wilken/Demarest Properties LLC.

• A pre-application conference is sought for the division of six existing lots near the northeast corner of Northeast 33rd Avenue and Columbia Boulevard into 10 lots using existing road frontage as well as creation of a new common green. Four single-family homes sit on the parcels currently, and the redevelopment would allow for as many as 30 housing units. The applicant is William Reed, and the owner is P & L Development LLC.

• A pre-application conference is sought for two new fourplex apartment buildings at 3203 S.W. Second Ave., where a 119-year-old duplex sits currently. The development would contain a new pedestrian corridor consisting of stairs connecting Southwest Barbur Boulevard and Second Avenue. The applicant is Stewart Straus of Stewart Gordon Straus Architect PC, and the owner is Hamdollah Noei.

• A pre-application conference is requested for the , near Southeast 52nd Avenue and Harney Drive in the Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood. The project would include 14 acres for natural use and 2 acres of developed recreation space. The applicant is George Lozovoy of Portland Parks & Recreation, and the owner is the city of Portland.

• A Type II design review is pending for the renovation of an existing car wash building at 1909 W. Burnside St. Improvements are to include new exterior finishes, expansion of the building in the north-south direction, new path booths, driveway, and a new sign on West Burnside Street. The applicant is Bonnie Chiu of TVA Architects, and the owner is Dennis Thompson.

• A Type III design review with modifications is pending for the replacement of Lincoln High School at 1600 S.W. Salmon St. Modifications are sought for building line standards, transit street main entrance, eco-roof and bicycle parking. The applicant is Kate Feiertag of Bora Architects, and the owner is Portland Public Schools.
