Subcontractors are invited to send proposals for the following scopes: Unit and Exterior Demolition, Stair Footings, Pre-Cast Concrete Stair Treads, Deck Topping Slab, Steel Stairs and Guardrails, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Insulation, Siding, Roofing, Gutters, Waterproofing and Fire Caulking, Door Hardware and Millwork, Windows, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Signage, Specialties, Range Hoods, Cabinets, Countertops, Window Treatments, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Grading, Asphalt, Concrete, Stair Footings, Utilities, Sealcoating & Striping, Asphalt, Site Concrete, Landscaping and Site Furnishings.
