Cornforth Consultants Inc.聽has promoted聽Wade Osborne聽to senior associate engineer. He has 15 years of experience that includes dam safety evaluation and dam rehabilitation, levee design and construction, landslide analysis and mitigation, and earth-retaining structures.聽Currently, Osborne is serving as the geotechnical project manager for the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Restoration Project on the Columbia River and projects to rehabilitate three high-hazard dams in the Pacific Northwest.
