CONSTRUCTION

Mark Matthews, president of Pacificmark Construction, has been appointed president of Portland-based nonprofit Professional Business Development Group. Pacificmark Construction, with Matthews at the helm, served as general contractor for Portland Community College鈥檚 Student Union Building at its Cascade campus, and worked with the Slayden-Sundt joint venture on the Sellwood Bridge replacement project.
