A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 10:00 am at the City of Bend, Public Works Building, 62975 Boyd Acres Road, Bend, OR, Eisenhower Room. A project site visit will immediately follow starting at the City of Bend Water Reclamation Facility, 22395 McGrath Road, Bend, OR. Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting to view conditions of the site. PPE is required. MORTENSON IS ACTING AS DESIGN-BUILDER FOR THE CITY OF BEND. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED AS DICTATED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS and BIDDER’S MANUAL IN THE CONTRACT BID DOCUMENTS.
