Miller Nash Graham & Dunn聽attorney聽Iv谩n Resendiz Gutierrez聽was recently appointed to serve a two-year term on the Freshwater Trust鈥檚 Headwaters Council. The Freshwater Trust builds and manages solutions that improve water quality and quantity. The Headwaters Council is an advisory group that aims to help drive the next generation of creative and connected conservation and philanthropy. Gutierrez focuses his practice on a variety of complex civil matters, including appeals, corporate governance and shareholder disputes.
