SMPS Oregon is seeking nominations for its 2019 Marketing Excellence Awards. The event is touted by the Society for Marketing Professional Services chapter as 鈥渁n opportunity for professionals to showcase their best marketing practices and educate the industry about the critical role of marketing and business development in successful firms.鈥�

SMPS members and nonmembers alike are invited to nominate an outstanding colleague or an exceptional piece of marketing. Awards will be handed out in five 鈥渉eadliner鈥� categories and five marketing communications categories. In addition, event attendees will be able to vote for the People’s Choice Award.

All聽headliner award winners聽will receive a $500 credit to attend the 2019 SMPS Build Business Conference in Washington, D.C., or the 2020 SMPS Pacific Regional Conference in Las Vegas. A variety of prizes will be given to marketing communications award winners.

The awards banquet will take place from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on April 10, at the Exchange Ballroom, 123 N.E. Third Ave. in Portland. Tickets to the awards ceremony cost $55 each for members or $65 each for nonmembers.
