Hennebery Eddy Architects associate principal Andrew Smith has been appointed to the Portland Historic Landmarks Commission.聽He will weigh in on historic preservation matters, and help develop design guidelines for the city鈥檚 historic districts. Smith helps lead the firm鈥檚 historic resources group, guiding building owners through the financial incentive/tax credit process while also addressing a wide range of technical preservation issues. Recently, he has managed numerous project development studies, condition assessments and preservation treatment recommendations for the General Services Administration.
